Marketing Director:

Overview:

Fast-growing online women's boutique is searching for a creative and assertive Ecommerce Marketing Director to join our team and help navigate our rapid growth. We are looking for a fashion lover who is skilled in the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Ad/Channels Management
 - Weekly reports on Ad spend & Analysis sent to team
 - Work with digital team on implementing new content across all social channels

2. Loyalty Program
 - Customer data file segmentation by tier
 - Assist with design and lead execution of program launch including media and customer communications
 - Email database growth strategy
 - Track and report on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement including customer retention, growth of spend, and new customer acquisition
 - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and increasing customer interaction

3. Marketing Campaign Management
 - Keep accurate calendar consisting of marketing campaigns, deadlines, product launches, and brand collaborations
 - Marketing and content distribution plan corresponding with every new product launch (i.e. photo shoots, social ad content, PR, blog, etc.) 
 - Set up brand in-person marketing events

4. Content Growth
 - Influencer Marketing - Build reach and content through influencer partners
 - Assist the team to create video and other content for website, newsletters, and social

Areas of Learning:

1. Marketing program/campaign development and management
2. Hands-on accountability for Social Media channel optimization and growth
3. Loyalty Program development, implementation, and management
4. Direct to Consumer (D2C) retail sales and event management
5. Customer Relationship Management - including customer outreach and communications
6. Exposure to full lifecycle of an apparel brand - Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, CX, Fulfillment
7. Entrepreneurship from an emerging industry leader to ongoing mentorship working directly with the brand founders

Qualifications:

Preferred Class Level - college graduate, Bachelor's degree
Preferred Field of Study - Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business

Beneficial Job-Related Experience/Interests:

1. Prior Marketing Internship or work experience. Digital Marketing experience
2. Social Media understanding/experience with marketing strategies and tactics
3. Understanding of branding in the fashion landscape
4. Experience or good understanding of retail sales, Ecommerce sales, and related technology is a plus

Required Skills:

  • Adept with all popular social media platforms
  • Highly creative and energetic; ability to contribute to marketing strategies and formulate tactical plans for program execution
  • Organized, self-motivated, and an ability to execute with a sense of urgency
  • Exceptional written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with team and customers in an "on-brand way"
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and report marketing/customer data both periodically and on an ad hoc basis to the team

Graphic Design & Creative Content Manager:

Overview:

Fast-growing online women's boutique is searching for a creative, passionate, and assertive Graphic Design & Creative Content Manager to join our team and help navigate our rapid growth. We are looking for a fashion lover who is skilled in the latest social media trends across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design for marketing promotions and collection launches
  • Work closely with Marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand identity
  • Create engaging content for marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and email campaigns
  • Lead direction of Magnolia Boutique's content strategy/calendar, and oversee execution of content for all upcoming collection launches and promotions
  • Create concepts for incoming inventory-based social and fashion trends
  • Attend photo shoots to film video and other social media content
  • Possess a love and passion for social media, while staying up to date on the latest platforms, and their features
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding social media revenue and engagement goals

Required Skills:

  • Graphic design experience of 2-5 years
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
  • Creative and technical skills using multiple media forms
  • Experience creating and editing video reels, both Instagram and TikTok, and shooting engaging high quality iPhone photos
  • Work well within teams and collaborations
  • Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and creative

Social Media Coordinator:

Overview:

We are searching for top talent to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group. We are looking for a fun, energetic fashion lover to help take our brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Tik Tok)
  • Daily management of all social media platforms and tools—posting, reposting, scheduling, engagement, and jumping on social trends and topics
  • Work with Marketing Manager to ensure outside content is being delivered and meets Magnolia's creative guidelines
  • Oversee relationship between Magnolia Boutique and customers by interacting through comments and direct messages
  • Manage community engagement to foster positive word of mouth/channel growth
  • Track and analyze revenue/traffic from social platforms on a weekly basis
  • Research competitive landscape to identify seasonal trends, strategic initiatives, best practices, and social media innovation
  • Manage Facebook VIP page by giving exclusive access through sneak peeks to sales and collections and behind the scenes footage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape; both short and long-term trends
  • Intimate knowledge of platforms, tools, social creators, and content best practices
  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret social data
  • Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong social copywriting and excellent attention to detail
